Disney Lorcana Hyperia City Prerelease Oct. 16: Ink Drops, Coco & Iconic Cards

Disney Lorcana: Hyperia City prereleases Friday, October 16, 2026, before its wider October 23 launch. The new Ravensburger trading card game expansion brings Coco characters into Lorcana, introduces temporary “ink drops” for faster plays, and offers new Enchanted and Iconic cards for collectors.

  • October 16, 2026: Prerelease begins at participating local game stores and select Disney Parks and stores.
  • October 23, 2026: Wider retail release.

What's inside the Hyperia City prerelease products?

Ravensburger's Hyperia City prerelease box includes six booster packs, four damage dice and a random promotional card. Official product details also mention an exclusive poster; confirm the contents of the version sold at your event.

The Illumineer's Trove includes eight booster packs, six damage dice and a spin-dial lore counter. Booster packs and booster displays are also part of the product lineup.

How ink drops work

Ink drops are temporary ink resources. They provide one ink when spent, and are removed after use rather than remaining in the inkwell. Card effects can create more ink drops, allowing players to accelerate plays or save resources for expensive cards. Ravensburger says every ink color combination can generate ink drops.

Coco characters and collectible Iconic cards

Hyperia City introduces Coco glimmers including Miguel Rivera, Héctor Rivera and Pepita. Disney favorites return, while Enchanted cards feature the city's dramatic after-dark atmosphere.

The set includes two Iconic cards: Mickey Mouse – Best in Town and Cinderella – Unintentional Icon. Ravensburger has not guaranteed individual card pull rates.

Collector clarification: These Iconic cards are distinct from the serialized Illustrious cards announced for 2027's Into the Inkdark, which Ravensburger says will debut in collector boosters.
