Wizards of the Coast has revealed Festival in a Box: Atlanta 2026, a limited Secret Lair bundle built around MagicCon: Atlanta and the wider debut of Mystery Booster Commander Edition.

The bundle goes on sale October 19, 2026 for $249.99 USD through the Secret Lair storefront. Wizards says quantities are limited, with purchases capped at two per customer.

What comes in Festival in a Box: Atlanta 2026?

Each Festival in a Box includes three major components:

Mystery Booster Commander Edition gets a wider release

The centerpiece is a full 24-pack Mystery Booster Commander Edition box. Wizards describes Festival in a Box: Atlanta 2026 as the first opportunity for a wider Magic audience to obtain a full box of the Commander-focused Mystery Booster release.

Each booster contains 20 Magic cards. The pack structure includes three common or uncommon cards from each color, a wildcard reprint, a rare or mythic rare reprinted commander, a new-to-Magic commander, another special card slot and a playtest card.

The product is aimed heavily at Commander Draft, mixing reprints from Magic's history with Future Sight-frame cards, playtest cards and new commanders.

Secret Gallery: Atlanta Foil Edition

The bundle also contains Secret Gallery: Atlanta Foil Edition, featuring four foil cards illustrated by Atlanta artists:

  • Parallax Tide
  • Regrowth
  • Viridian Revel
  • Assassin's Trophy

The Atlanta theme ties the drop directly to MagicCon: Atlanta, which takes place November 13–15, 2026 at the Georgia World Congress Center.

Four Festival in a Box promos

Collectors also receive four promotional cards. Three are full-art, textless foils, while the fourth is a playtest card designed and illustrated by Magic Head Designer Mark Rosewater.

  • Dance of the Dead — full-art, textless foil
  • Tana, the Bloodsower — full-art, textless foil
  • Tymna the Weaver — full-art, textless foil
